3. Vehicle Condition
Prices provided online or over the phone are estimates. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, heavy stains, or biohazards). We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles in conditions that pose a health or safety risk.
4. Cancellations & No Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
